General Conditions
Facilities
Training can be carried out either at the official Training Centre based in Cambridge, United Kingdom or at the customer’s site. The price for each type of training is shown in the Tribon price list. The Training Centre has two training rooms with up to 8 workstations for training in Tribon M3.
On-site training will only be carried out if suitable facilities are available. The training room should be isolated from the normal working environment. Each participant should have his own workstation or terminal. A whiteboard or flipchart should be in the room. For optimal training conditions a high-resolution (XGA) LCD projector should also be available. This can be rented from us if required. Please ask for availability and prices.
Trainers
All trainers have been certified to teach a particular course and are constantly monitored to ensure that their knowledge and performance meet high standards. Training is generally carried out in the English language but we have a large number of trainers and may be able to provide training in a particular language instead. Note that all training materials are only available in English.
Length of training courses
Training is generally carried out between the hours of 09.00 to 17.00 each day. During this time a one-hour lunch and two coffee breaks are usually taken. Other times may be agreed upon before or during the training. The training duration given is the average time required to train a group of up to 6 participants. In certain cases there may be language difficulties or a lack of computer skills.
In these cases extra time should be planned for. It is generally a good idea to build a number of buffer days into long periods of consecutive training.
Group size
Our experience clearly shows that the quality of training deteriorates if the group size becomes too large. For this reason the maximum number of participants for on-site training is strictly limited to 6. Larger groups can be accommodated only when the facilities are suitable and an assistant trainer is present.

The pre-requisites listed for each course should be carefully checked, as they are essential to ensure that the course material is understood in the given time. No responsibility is accepted for participants who do not meet the required pre-requisites.
Customised courses
Customised courses may be available in particular situations. No deviations from the course content or duration will be made without our prior consent.
Certificates of Training
Each successful participant at a Tribon training course receives a signed and dated certificate of training, see example at end of specification.
